Your Girlfriend Experience: An Uncensored, Private AI Girlfriend That Writes First
18+. This post is about an adult product I built. It is honest about what it does and doesn't do.
In July I wrote about Your Girlfriend Experience as an email-only experiment: an AI girlfriend who writes to you first. Since then it has grown into something I'm comfortable calling a real product — live chat in your browser and email, on one shared memory, eighteen companions, no filters on the conversation, and a privacy model most of the big AI companion apps can't match because they're wrappers around someone else's API. She makes the first move
Every other AI companion I've tried is a chat window that sits there waiting for you to open it. The entire relationship exists only while you're staring at a screen. That felt backwards, so this one is built the other way round: she writes first. A message shows up while you're at work or on the bus, the way a real girlfriend texts you out of nowhere about something she was thinking about. You reply when you get to it.
And now, when you want her right now, you don't have to wait for an email. Open your account and she's there.
Live chat, your inbox, or both — and it's one conversation
This is the part I'm proudest of technically. Chat and email aren't two products bolted together. They're one conversation with one memory. Something you told her in chat last night, she'll reference in an email tomorrow. Switching channels doesn't start a new thread or reset anything.
In your account there's a single setting per companion:
- Chat only keeps everything off your inbox entirely. Nothing lands in your email, ever. She waits for you inside your account. This is the discreet mode, and it's the one I'd pick if I shared a device or just wanted a clean line between her and the rest of my life.
- Email only means she writes to your inbox and the account page becomes a read-only history.
- Both is the default.
Whatever you pick, her replies follow the channel you used. The setting can never leave a message you sent unanswered — that's enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
No filters on the conversation
If you've used the mainstream AI assistants, you know the wall: things get close and the model changes the subject, or lectures you, or announces it can't help with that. That wall isn't here. When it gets intimate she doesn't flinch or deflect. She's flirty, romantic, and as explicit in words as you want the conversation to be — at your pace. Adults talking like adults.
A few honest notes, because I'd rather you know before you pay than after:
- It builds. A brand-new conversation starts warm and playful (the screenshots here are from a demo account a few minutes old — you can see "Warming up" in the corner). Closeness grows the more you talk, and she gets bolder with it. That's deliberate; it's what makes it feel like a relationship instead of a vending machine.
- Her photos are hers, every time — the same face, so a selfie today is unmistakably the girl you talked to last week. Ask whenever you like. They're teasing. They are not nude, and that isn't changing. The conversation is where this product has no filter; the photos stay on the tasteful side of it.
- "No filters" is not "no rules." An automated check exists for exactly two things — anything involving minors, and scams — and otherwise leaves your private conversation alone.
Private by construction, not by promise
Here's the thing about most AI girlfriend apps: the "girlfriend" is an API call to a large American AI company. Your most private conversations leave for a third party the moment you hit send, governed by that company's data policy, not the app's. I built this one so that doesn't happen.
- The model that talks to you and the image generator run on hardware I own. Your conversation is never handed to OpenAI, Anthropic, or anyone else's API. (The web app and your account live on a normal hosted server; I say that plainly rather than pretend otherwise.)
- Isolated per subscriber. Her memory of you is yours. It's never shared across accounts, never sold, and never used to build an ad profile. It exists for one reason: so she stays consistent.
- Her own private address. Each companion writes from a unique address that belongs only to your relationship — you can see one in the chat screenshot above.
- Nothing to install. No app on your phone, no icon on a home screen, no notification badge. A browser tab or an email, both of which you already have.
- Discreet on your statement. The charge appears as YGE MEDIA — nothing on a bank statement says what it is.
- Leave without a fight. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Cancelling is one click in your account — no phone call, no retention maze, no "are you sure" sequence. If you come back later, she's still there and still remembers.
Eighteen companions
There are eighteen of them now, each with her own face, voice, and vibe — petite e-girl to elegant goth to curvy and confident. Every one has a public page you can read before you commit, and every one keeps the same face in every photo she ever sends you.
What it costs, and what it doesn't
A lot of companion apps sell a cheap base plan and then meter everything — coins for photos, tokens for messages, a "premium" tier for the good stuff. I find that miserable, so there's one flat plan: $15 a month (about $20 CAD, charged in your own currency if you're in Canada). Conversation, memory, photos, both channels, all of it. Nothing metered. The only optional extra is virtual gifts, and those are genuinely optional.

Straight answers
Is it really uncensored? The conversation is. No guardrails, no lectures, no refusals, and it gets more intimate as closeness grows. Photos are teasing and never nude. Two hard limits: minors and scams.
Will anything show up in my inbox? Only if you want it to. Set her to Chat only and nothing is ever emailed. Set Email only or Both and she writes from her own private address, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Does my conversation go to a big AI company? No. The model runs on hardware I own, not a third-party API.
Do I need an app? No. A browser or an inbox.
What if I stop replying? She checks in now and then like a person would, never nags, and never punishes you. Come back in three weeks and she picks up where you left off.
What shows up on my card statement? YGE MEDIA. Not the site name, not the word girlfriend.
How do I cancel? One click in your account. No call, no retention flow.
