Divine Carnage: Watch the Trailer. Demo Coming Soon.

Oct 25, 2026· 1 min read ·Games·Devlogs
Divine Carnage in 52 seconds: where it began in 2D, then the 3D game as it stands today. Sound on.

Divine Carnage is the second game from Declined Studios. You pilot Big Daddy Long Legs, a giant alien walker, through a neon-noir town at night and take it apart: a laser, plasma bolts, a stomp that shakes the street and a levitation arm that lifts vehicles and drops them where you like. Buildings come down, bridges fall, the police arrive and the army after them.

It started life as a 2D game, and the trailer opens on it. The 3D rebuild in Unity is the game now: a generated town, real destruction, fire and effects, and a score and sound effects synthesised for it. Every 3D shot is captured from the current build.

A playable demo is coming soon. No date yet; it goes out when it holds up. Devlogs on how it is being built will land here, the way they do for Silicon Pirates.
